Prabhakar Chinnasamy

Founder & Principal Architect

Graduated from the Department of Architecture at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli in 1998, he began his professional career with an internship under Ar.Sanjay Mohe, where he developed a strong foundation in context driven and climate responsive design. He later worked as a Consulting Architect with Mistry Architects and served as a Design Consultant with Tessaract Designs and Design Mileu, gaining diverse experience across residential, commercial, institutional and interior projects.

His work is characterized by thoughtful spatial planning, contextual sensitivity, sustainable practices and meticulous attention to detail, helping the firm establish a distinct identity and strong design philosophy.

With decades of professional experience and extensive international travel, he draws inspiration from global architectural traditions and contemporary innovations. His design approach blends international exposure with local context, creating spaces that are functional, refined and enduring while delivering meaningful experiences to clients and users alike.

Principal Structural Engineer

Graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Government College of Technology, Coimbatore in 1975, he began his professional journey with a strong academic grounding in structural analysis and construction technology. He later worked as a Consulting Structural Engineer with Karnataka Power Corporation Limited, where he contributed to major infrastructure and power sector projects, gaining valuable experience in large scale structural systems, foundation engineering and multidisciplinary project coordination.

His involvement in complex industrial and infrastructure projects strengthened his expertise in reinforced concrete design, steel structures and heavy-duty foundations designed to withstand demanding operational and environmental conditions.

With decades of hands-on experience, he has extensive expertise in structural design. His strengths lie in detailed structural planning, cost-effective optimization and strict adherence to safety standards & codes, successfully guiding complex projects from concept to execution while ensuring durability, stability and long-term structural performance.

Swetha Ravi

Project Architect

Responsible for leading the architectural development of projects from concept through execution. Oversees design coordination, technical detailing and drawing accuracy to ensure clarity at every stage. Ensures that approved designs are implemented without deviation, aligning client requirements with ICON’s standards. Works closely with consultants and execution teams to maintain design integrity, quality control and timely delivery.

Karthik Kumaravel

Project Lead

Leads the overall planning, design management and coordination of projects from concept development to final delivery. Oversees design approvals, key planning decisions, consultant integration and execution alignment to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the process. Ensures that approved designs are implemented without deviation, aligning client requirements with ICON’s standards. Focuses on maintaining design integrity, quality benchmarks and project efficiency at every stage.
